Welcome to the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I'm a meditation teacher who shares a different meditation technique every single day on the podcast. And each meditation technique is customized around a weekly theme. And in today's episode, and we are now at

on your second chakra. Now if you're not really sure what chakras are all about, don't worry.

You don't really have to do the different meditation techniques I share with you. You can still
