Thank you for supporting me and today I'm excited to talk about this this is something that's come to me in a bit of an ironic way because of what I do because of my art because of my writing because of the podcast because of my you know public presence I suppose because of social media is perhaps one of the

rare good things that has come from leaning into the idea of being an

influencer and I'm not an influencer I'm writer, but in this context maybe we can use it as there's an upside to it.

And the good thing that's come from all this that I've realized is that you deserve to

promote your work what you've created as an artist

or a musician, or in your 9 to 5 with the proposal you worked so hard on or as a salesperson with the work you did to close

that deal or as a customer service rep or as an accountant or a project manager or a

server at a restaurant whatever it is you deserve to promote yourself you deserve to promote yourself, you deserve to promote your work, you deserve to call attention to the good things you're doing to your talent, right? You're good at your job, you're good at what you do, you've gotten better, you've grown, you've experienced more. So be allowed about it.

Humble, but loud, you've got evidence, so put it on the the table don't sit in the corner and hope someone

else recognizes it be proud of your work and show it off that is what I've come to realize

as someone who you know quit his job almost three years ago to write for a living and do all this for a living.

I need to remind myself every day when sometimes I feel like an imposter and I just want to step back.
