We need to stop assuming that people are thinking negatively about us. We need to stop thinking people

are judging us, laughing at us, thinking we're not, you know, good enough, hot enough,

smart enough for them, whatever it may be. We need to stop doing this by way of assumption. That is, we

need to stop assuming what people think of us. In place of that, we need to stick to the facts,

which likely tell a very different story. So really this is a

simple episode to help us find peace and not overthink or really give any thought for that matter, to what people might conceivably, possibly

think of us.

Might is the key word, because really that's how we end up playing a very important role in our own unhappiness in life. We assume what other people might think of us.

For the most part, the people whose opinion that we assume, we don't know anything about what they think of us.

That's why we're assuming. The people we know what they think of us, we're good there. But for the people we don't know,

we assume. We basically make it up. We make it up. we don't know we assume we basically make it up we make it up we don't

know what they think of us and so what we do in our heads is we make up a version

of what they think we think they might think we make up a version of them and for some

reason we then assign to it negative thoughts about us we'll literally make it up
