unrushed. That is wealth. To be unrushed. It's a mindset. It's a philosophy and I've mentioned it a couple times recently on the podcast

Unrushed that is my goal in life. It's not to slow down unrushed is not to retreat from life. It's not to do less. It's not to have less ambition or fewer commitments as a way to savor life and feel more present. No, to be unrushed is to do more. It's to get more out of life, but as you do, it's to experience and savor its depth. It's to move at your own pace. It's not to feel rushed, to feel pressured.

It's just you, your drive, your heart wide open to joy and to creating and receiving magic, but it's doing that while being present.

To be unrushed is to give yourself permission to breathe deeply and to pause and to truly inhabit every moment as you're in it, not as a precursor to something better, but as the best moment ever.
