Hello everybody and welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton so excited for this week's Seven Days 7 podcast.

Definitely not something we do on a regular basis but I'm excited about the kickoff of

the spring 12 weeks to transformation.

The 12 weeks to transformation for a long time has been my baby, my heart and soul because

I know what it feels like to want more and get in your own way.

I know what it feels like to have these goals that matter so much and then feel terrible

when you make excuses and you make exceptions and the time goes by and you're not getting

there.

And we can choose all the strategies and try to build all the habits in the world but

until we change the way we think so that those same old excuses aren't getting generated,

those same old exceptions, the stories, the doubts, the delays, the fears, the drama,

until we change the way we think those things are going to come up for us.

And that's why I care so much about the 12 weeks to transformation because it is such

a far cry from a do this, don't do that, do more of this, do less of that and more about

leveling up the way you think, the way you choose, increasing your awareness of this decisions

that you're making.
