Summary

Be guided in a Christmas Eve meditation on love. In this guided meditation you'll reflect on the beautiful gifts of the season we've been exploring all month long -- gratitude, faith, forgiveness, peace and love. Research shows you must first love yourself before you can love others. This is part 5 of a 7-Part Meditations on Love, Episodes 562-568. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
