Be guided in meditation on love. Research shows you must first love yourself before you can love others. In this meditation you'll be guided using a powerful mudra to help you cultivate self love, love for loved ones, and love for those in need. of who you are. And in today's guided meditation, you're going to be exploring a mudra,

focused on our weekly theme, the theme this week, of love. And this is episode 565.

Now, you don't have to do the mudra in order to receive the benefits of the meditation.

You can still do the meditation without the techniques.

But I like to leave you a technique because you can do the techniques, whether you're seated in your meditation space, or whether you are right in the midst of your incredibly busy day when stress triggers are all around

Now, mudra is the Sanskrit word for seal or mark or gesture.

And they're often used during meditation to help direct the energy flow in the body.

And so according to yoga, different areas of the hand stimulate specific areas of the brain.

And when you apply light pressure to these areas of your hand, you activate the corresponding
