Well, our theme for this week is love, one of the most powerful emotions. And this is episode 564 and it happens to be the week of Christmas.

theme for you to be exploring as you get ready to celebrate Christmas. But if you don't celebrate

Christmas, then it's always a great idea to focus on self-love so that you can express love for others.

And in yesterday's meditation, I shared with you some research on how it's first necessary to love yourself and then you have the capacity to love others.

Now as you get ready to meditate, I want you to really focus on this week's affirmation,

which is a very short, simple affirmation.

I am loved.

So go ahead and get settled into your meditation space.

Sit up straight if you're seated on the floor or in a chair.

And if you are not so comfortable being seated as you meditate,
