| 1:23.0 | And the affirmation is simply a short, powerful statement to help reverse negative thinking that may be going through your head. |
| 1:34.3 | And this is very important because research shows that more than 80% of the thoughts we think each day are negative and that over 90% of those thoughts are repetitive. |
