Be guided in a walking meditation on forgiveness. In this meditation you'll be guided in a special forgiveness ceremony. Now, in today's meditation, you're going to be guided in a walking meditation on forgiveness.

Now, as you get ready to do this walking meditation on forgiveness, we started the same way we start a seated meditation.

We stop and relax different areas of your body where you are likely to harbor tension.

So stand still wherever you are.

Now I know you can always get out to walk.

So if you're doing this meditation inside,

I encourage you to open a window. Let the outside

in. Connect with nature. Connect with the outside environment. This is going to take your meditation

up a level or two or three. When you connect with your environment outside, it really does bring

a lot more to your meditation ritual. You feel it more tangibly. So as you are standing

there, maybe you're seated inside with your window open, notice how your body feels.

If you're getting ready to do a walking meditation, notice how your body feels with your feet

positioned firmly on the ground, anchoring yourself. And if you're seated notice how you anchor your hips

as you sit feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you. Notice your posture.
