| 1:20.4 | does take a lot out of you. And I'd rather have you focus on uplifting themes, themes that are going to support you and make you feel more confident about yourself. |

| 1:49.4 | And when you focus for a long time or excessively on emotions that can bring you down, where you're |

| 2:15.1 | Forgiveness is a beautiful thing to do. But I encourage you not to really focus on |

| 2:28.3 | maybe you feel a great sense of freedom and forgiveness or maybe you feel a little upset remembering painful episodes. |
| 2:40.1 | So just go with how you're feeling and make sure that you honor yourself in this process. |
