I grew up in a pretty dysfunctional household, I would say.

A little bit of background.

My mom was married twice, the second time to my dad.

The first husband she had was abusive and beat her.

So she left him when my brother was seven years old.

And then she took up with my dad when I was about a year old.

But the little catch in there is that he wasn't my real dad.

There was another man in there that she was supposed to move in with. And the day that I was in the hospital being born,

he left her for another woman. That's the story I got.

So, sorry, just if we can go over that again.
