I know there are so many things that you could be doing right now, but here you are showing up for yourself as you meditate.

And I want you to know that meditation is one of the best things you could do to improve

So you are doing a very good thing for yourself as you meditate.

Well, in today's meditation, you're going to be guided in a meditation using a breathing

And this is a breathing technique customized for our theme this week on forgiveness, one of the

most powerful emotions, forgiveness.

And as you do this breathing technique,

it's a very powerful breathing technique.

You will notice what kind of a state you're in.

Now this is a breathing technique

that I created for you, and it is, as I mentioned, pretty powerful.

So as you do it, just be open and receptive to whatever comes to you as you do this breathing technique and just allow it.

So with that, let's get you settled into your meditation space. Go ahead and sit up straight

with a nice straight spine. This will help to keep you alert as you meditate.

Now many of you have mentioned that you meditate better lying down and that is fine too.

It's always better if you can, if you feel up to it, to meditate seated because when your spine is straight, it helps to keep

you alert. If you're lying down then you're more likely to fall asleep because your body

is receiving the signal, oh, you're lying down, maybe it's time to go to sleep.
