Welcome to the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I am a meditation teacher. And I am so thrilled to be sharing today's meditation with you. We launch into a brand new meditation theme this week of forgiveness.

So every week at the daily meditation podcast, we explore a different theme.

we're exploring meditations of the beautiful qualities of the spirit,

because many of you are celebrating important holidays this month. Or you're getting ready to

usher in a brand new year. So we did a meditation series at the very

beginning of this month of December in 2015 as this is being recorded. We started the first

week out with peace and then we moved into faith last week. This week we do forgiveness

and next week we do love and then it will be time to start a brand new year. I've been doing

this meditation podcast every single day very very faithfully, for a year

and a half. And I'm going to be sharing some new ways to enjoy the meditations and to go a little

deeper with the meditations. And that will be coming up soon as we go into a new year. So I've

been hard at work making different kinds of programs and different ways for you to really

experience meditation at an even deeper level. So for today, let's get you ready for the

forgiveness meditation series. Now every time that I start off a new series, the series are

And so the series lasts throughout the entire week. Well, I start off the meditation series, usually with something to kind of help your mindset and that often leads into a visualization meditation
