Be guided in a meditation using a mudra meditation technique as you focus on having Faith in Yourself. You'll be guided in a meditation to create your own private oasis. Mudras are often referred to as "yoga in your hands." You can do the meditation without doing the mudra and still receive all the benefits of a beautiful meditation. Faith is a cornerstone quality of your life. Repeat a simple yet powerful affirmation to believe in yourself. Every day this week you will focus on a meditation technique to cultivate faith in a beautiful way. I challenge you to a week long Faith Meditation Challenge this week.
