Thank you for supporting me and today something that has really defined me personally as like an individual human but now I'm realizing

how important this is in a relationship I think it's one of the most important aspects of

a healthy relationship and it's our inclination as people to be silly gooses in our

lives and to then take that into our relationships and prioritize it to be just two people, two silly gooses living and loving, but from a place of light-heartedness,

where your commitment to each other of course is serious,

but everything else, it's taken with humor,

a laugh, a sense of playfulness.

And you know, in culture, I think that's contrary

to sometimes how we label people, we label people who don't

take things seriously as immature. It's not that. This is a playfulness that brings people

together. It's a defining feature of a healthy relationship.

It's a playfulness, a sense of humor that connects to people, and it reminds us that

amidst moments of disagreement or stress or just the regular ups and

downs of a relationship we still understand each other. Laughter brings us back

to each other. So that's the episode. I want to talk about being a silly goose with your partner

and how important it actually is. Because when the world gets heavy as it often does,
