Summary
Be guided in a walking meditation to let go of tension so you can experience peace. It can be difficult to experience peace when loved ones are struggling to find their own peace. The best way to support loved ones is to honor yourself regardless of what you may going through in your life. Every day this week you will focus on a meditation technique to cultivate peace. I challenge you to a week long Peace Challenge this week. Focus on peace all around you each day. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditations for Patience, Episodes 541-547. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
