Summary

Be guided in a meditation combining several meditation techniques for peace. You'll layer an affirmation, a breathing technique, and a mudra as you cultivate peace in this meditation. You'll also discover the benefits of rose tea to calm and relax you as you focus on peace in this week's Peace Meditation Series. Every day this week you will focus on a meditation technique to cultivate peace. I challenge you to a week long Peace Challenge this week. Focus on peace all around you each day. This is part 6 of a 7-Part Meditations for Patience, Episodes 541-547. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
