So I'll be sharing a chakra technique with you. Now you can always do the meditation without doing the technique.

You can simply just be guided through the meditation without doing the technique.

But I encourage you to try doing the technique because meditation techniques help you to refocus your thoughts.

So when you're sitting there, you're meditating and you're becoming distracted, your to-do

list starts running through your head and you start thinking about, you know, maybe I should

be exercising instead of sitting here and meditating, when those thoughts creep in to a meditation technique and it will guide you back to the stillness of meditation.

So the techniques help to get you there.

Meditation is where you're there, you're being there. You're experiencing

that beautiful stillness. But the techniques help to transition you and get you there.

And during that time when your mind is wandering and you're feeling very fidgety. That is not a waste of time. That is very

important time that you are training your brain. And this will start to show up in your day as well.

You'll start to notice throughout your day how you're feeling and how you're being triggered
