We are exploring different meditation techniques every single day this week that help you

to cultivate peace. And in today's meditation, the mudra will be doing is a very powerful

modra. And what I'm planning on doing is combining it with a breathing technique.

I know many of you really enjoy breathing techniques.

So we'll do a mudra along with a breathing technique.

Now a mudra is simply a way you position your hands and this helps

to activate your nervous system so your consciousness on a particular level and for today that will

be peace. Now you don't have to do any of the techniques. You can simply

enjoy the meditation as I guide you through it, but I encourage you to try meditation techniques

because they help you. You can do them throughout your day when you're not meditating to help

you focus and calm your mind and body.

And also, while you're meditating, meditation techniques are fantastic at helping you to

refocus your mind. So that's why every single day I share a different meditation technique customized around our weekly theme.

Start to relax your body and start to notice yourself transition.

Allow yourself to transition and don't think of it as a waste of time because when you are transitioning you may feel like, oh, you know, I'm just wasting my time here.
