Let's go. Oh, All right. Welcome to episode 540. Hello, my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of new mindset who does as always thank you so much for listening thank you for supporting me and today

something that I think can give us clarity in life when other people hurt us.

I should say inevitably hurt us because that's the facts, right?

That's the reality of life.

We will be hurt by other people.

We will hurt other people. That's the reality of freedom of choice,

of living from our own perspective, having our own goals, our own desires, and our own levels

of maturity and awareness. And then bumping into someone else who has their own as well.

Life is filled with people, hurting people, and of course yeah, sometimes it is very hurtful. is malicious it's vindictive it's

spite filled it's filled with lying and cheating and dishonesty the the stuff

that can really make you question goodness and compassion when you're on the receiving end of those things.

And I've done episodes on the deep hurtful stuff. I've done those before, but today I want to talk a bit more about middle of the road

about when people hurt you and it's not quite the end of the world it's not a grand plan to

tear you down that it hurts nonetheless I want to talk about when someone leaves

you out of their plans or chooses someone else over you even though they said otherwise,

when someone

talks shit about you behind your back at work

or someone comments something mean on a photo of yours
