Summary
Be guided in a walking meditation focused on Gratitude. You'll connect with your outside environment. You can do the meditation seated in your inside space, however if you stay indoors, I encourage you to open a window to let the elements in. This week's theme is Gratitude and every day this week we are focusing on a meditation technique to share more gratitude. . Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions to cultivate. I challenge you to a week long Gratitude Challenge this week. Every day this week do a random act of kindness to show gratitude to someone or some group of people. This is part 6 of a 7-Part Meditations for Patience, Episodes 534-540. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
