last week I went into the plunge.

I took an ice plunge earlier today and it made me feel everything.

Well, first of all, I got a free trial on class past.

That's how the fuckers really get you.

They're not trying to know that you're going to pay for class past after the trial, but

little they know, I got three credits and I actually went to Y7 and I took the breath

work and ice plunge class for free gritties.

That's one class.

It was one class and it was gritties because of the trial membership at the class past.

I was in a ice cold pool for two minutes and it made me feel euphoric.

Really?

The same level of dopamine or whatever the fuck chemical makes you feel good that cocaine

gives you.

Is that true?

The difference is my nose don't hurt that good.

The only difference is that you get the brain chemicals that the cocaine gives you.

It goes up.

It spikes and then it drops out after like four minutes or something like that, eight minutes.
