Summary

Be guided in a meditation using an breathing technique to cultivate gratitude. Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions to cultivate. I challenge you to a week long Gratitude Challenge this week. Every day this week do a random act of kindness to show gratitude to someone or some group of people. This is part 3 of a 7-Part Meditations for Patience, Episodes 534-540. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
