Summary

While initially putting together thoughts and ideas for this episode thinking I was going to talk about how business isn't linear… the numbers show a different story (for my/our business at least). After 12 years of data and coming off of a 8 million dollar year approaching the same amount revenue this year, we have reps to be able to zoom out and not be emotional when it comes to peaks and valleys. This is what we see a lot of coaches struggle with is looking at the month to month and dejected when they have a down month. 0:35.1	thing about their business or like their profit margin with this or exactly what makes up that amount of revenue or you know what they did during the hard
0:42.4	times and have they had any hard times and have they had months where they're you know they're making
0:46.9	zero profit they're putting money back into the business and I'm just like I just want to know
0:50.7	the journey I want to know that I'm not alone. And I want to just, I want to
0:54.8	hear from mistakes. I want to hear how they've gotten through it. So I said, you know,
0:58.1	Aaron, since you wish that were a thing, there, I'm certain there are probably people looking at
1:03.7	your entrepreneurial journey over the last 12 years and, you know, your guy's company at like
1:09.5	$8 million in revenue and thinking the same thing.
1:12.3	So you should record that for them. That's what you should do. So that's what I'm going to
1:14.8	attempt to do here today. And I'm sure it will have like there will be more questions that spawn
