Summary

Be guided in a meditation using a breathing technique to be patient with yourself. You'll also discover a technique to prepare yourself in advance for situations that may cause you to lose your patience. This is a technique the Dalai Lama is reported to do every morning. This is part 3 of a 7-Part Meditations for Patience, Episodes 527-533. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
