the opportunities, the IFCA has afforded me and being able to understand how attainable

business can be and how much of a, it's, you know, fighting athletics is a finite game.

Like, you're 35 and you're like old. Like, people are like, you're going to hang them up,

you know, like you may as well retire. You know, you get to business and it's like an infinite game.

And, you know, what, you know, my success coach is always saying like, you know, you get to business and it's like an infinite game. And, you know,

what, you know, my success coach is always saying like, you know, there's no guarantees, but also

guest of mine, Ramona Pasquale. So Ramona is a current UFC fighter, I just learned. What's a former UFC fighter,

but current MMA fighter? That's where I was tripped up. Okay, former, former UFC, currently still

in the MMA, also a former Hong Kong national rugby player. She started training in Marshall

Archman. She was 16, started fighting when she was

22. And the reason I'm bringing Ramona here to you today is because I think she has just

an incredibly impactful story and journey through IFCA. As a professional athlete, Ramona has,

she joined IFCA in August and she has really been able to

leverage her discipline, her skills as a coach. And she has the foundation of an incredible

business. She just joined Legacy. So really excited to continue on in her journey here. But we,

we see this a lot with professional athletes. And I really wanted to get Ramona on the podcast

and pick her brain a little bit. I just did a podcast with her. She's incredibly talented.

She is an excellent communicator and like there's, it's no, no surprise that you're having

such success in business. But I'm really just wanting to pick Ramona's brain and talk about

what this transition has been like from being a professional athlete to building a business.
