Summary
Be guided in a walking meditation to feel compassion for yourself. Connect with your outside environment in a way you may never have experienced if before. You can do this meditation inside, too, if it's not possible to walk outside. But if you do meditate inside, I encourage you to open a window to connect with the outside elements. Commit to starting your day each morning visualizing yourself improving one area of your life. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditations to Overcome Negative People, Episodes 520-526. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
