Hi guys it's Rage and this is a quick word on the full moon. If you didn't

already know today is a full moon, one of the last full moons of 2023. And if you're

not a super hippie like I am, You might not know the significance of both a full moon and the

significance of each individual month and its full moon. I took a deep dive into this years ago on the podcast if you want to listen

to my full moon ritual, which sounds sort of witchy, it really isn't. You can go check it out it's episode 222 but essentially a full moon

spiritually represents the closing of a cycle it represents the fullness of something, the completion of something, and therefore, in a lot

of spiritual circles and practices, the full moon represents a really good time to let go. So every single month on the

full moon I hosted dinner and sometimes it's just my kids, sometimes it's our friends or a bigger family group,

but the goal of that dinner is to celebrate the fact that here we are together at the end of another month

and also to ask ourselves, what is something

we want to let go of? So that in a nutshell is the full moon ritual. But I also love to explore

Because as I begin to learn about this, I found out that every single month of the year

was named something different by indigenous people.

And those terms for the moon were how they understood the world around them.

So I love digging into what each month's moon represents.
