Hi guys it's Rach and I just wanted to come on with a little note for anybody in the

US who is celebrating Thanksgiving today you're up early you're putting the turkey in, you're cutting potatoes, you're figuring out the stuffing,

you're doing all the things to take care of everyone else and make this a beautiful holiday for your family.

And I just wanted to send a little love out in the world and say that I see you and that it's not easy to do the thing that you're doing to try and take care of everyone like this.

And so if you don't hear it from anyone else today, you're doing a really good job. This is also for anyone who's going into family

situations this holiday season that are more stressful than loving.

I know how that feels.

I know how hard it is to interact with people

that make you feel worse instead of better.

And so I just wanted to send a note to you and say that you're not alone.

All around this world there are people who will interact with their crazy family this season,

or maybe their toxic family this season,

or maybe you're interacting

with someone who's hurt you terribly

in the past this season.

That's not an easy emotional load to carry and so if no one has told

you this lately you're doing a really good job. I wanted to send a little note out into the world to every single one of you

no matter where you are whether you're celebrating Thanksgiving or not. This is a

holiday in my country about giving thanks and I am so

grateful for you wherever you are listening to this message. The work that we do here on the podcast, both RHP and Start Today,

is something we're incredibly proud of, but it also supports a lot of people.
