Summary

Be guided in a walking meditation to start your day. In this meditation you'll consider what is currently working for you as you begin a new day, and what you might change to give yourself your best day yet. My challenge to you is to meditate for a few minutes first thing in the morning every single day this week. It will help you to manage stress triggers throughout your day. Pick just one area you want to improve in your life this week. Commit to starting your day each morning visualizing yourself improving this area of your life.. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditations to Start Your Day Series, Episodes 513-519. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
