I think you got to have some confidence in life and you should let people know that, you know,

hey, I'm really good at this or I'm going to be a threat. But looking back, I probably would have

played it a little cooler and maybe not showed up, you know, 7% body fat and looking just shredded.

And Aaron was like diesel too, man. She was she was working hard. Her body looked crazy.

We ended up getting voted into the

rage cage and it was intense. We got voted in with like the other super in shape couple. And this

dude is this Samoan guy who weighs like 240 and it was this this tug of war competition.

Man, it was wild.

Yo, what's up guys? Welcome back. Today I want to just share a pretty cool story about when

Aaron and I competed on a reality TV show series back in 2018.

And it's a wild story and I'll share all the details and some like why we did it and some

important lessons and takeaways post experience.

And the reason that I'm sharing this is Aaron and I are actually watching two friends of

ours compete on a show that's on Peacock. Dylan and Lauren Bear are on this show called Couples to Thruples, which is a really

interesting concept. It's basically couples who decide to take on a third person in their relationship,

i.e. the Thruple term that I had never heard of before this. But it's really fascinating. And

their show is a lot different than ours. We were not hooking up with other people. We were instead competing in a house with other quote-unquote

thick couples for $100,000. And Jojo Fletcher and Jordan Rogers were the host from The Bachelorette.

And Jordan Rogers, also Aaron Rogers' brother. And it was just like a cool experience that

before I jump in and kind

of tell you guys some lessons and tell you the whole story, because it's a wild story. I'm going to share a clip of like a little highlight reel that I created today just to kind of reminisce on it. So one second.

In competition, just off the get go is Jordan and Aaron. They look like the fittest couple here, so a lot of targets are going to be put on their backs.
