Anxiety releasing walking meditation. One of the best ways to manage anxiety is to move your body out in nature. In this guided meditation you reflect on the source of your anxiety so you can release it. You also become aware of what calms you as you commune with nature. | 1:04.0 | And if you do this meditation seated, I know it's not always easy to get out there. |
| 1:10.0 | If it's late or maybe the weather's not great to go outside today. Well, sit inside, but open a window. Let the outdoors inside into your space. If it's freezing cold, just wear a shawl. Put a shawl over your head |
