Summary
Meditation to feel like yourself again. When you're experiencing anxiety or trauma you may be plagued by feelings of fear as you relive again and again the uncertainty you feel about your life. But there's more to you than your anxiety. You may simply have forgotten what the other parts of yourself feel like. In this guided meditation you'll revisit what lifts you up.
