Well, I'm excited to talk to you about your book. First, I'd like to ask you about mindfulness and what it means to you.

Well, in the book, you know, I have a lot of different definitions because it's, you know, like, it's like love or democracy or something,

you know, really, or peace, kind of something everybody comes to, I think, for their own definition of it.
