Alex, it's great to have you here. I just want to ask you, what does mindfulness mean to you?

Let's start there. It's a good question. I think for me it just means being present and aware.

And then if there are thoughts, which is just inevitable, I mean, it would be nice to be able to turn them off, but we can't always do that.

To have your thoughts be a form of awareness where you're paying attention to the different sensations like sounds or touch or feeling or if you're eating, it's a sensation of eating and the taste.

Well, I started playing when I was 16. So that's about 17 years ago now. And I got invited
