to overcome anxiety especially post-traumatic stress syndrome. Now, I had the pleasure of reading

0:45.5

through more than 100 emails that you sent me last week after I sent out the weekly instant omne newsletter, which you can

0:57.7

sign up for that at my website at sip and ome.com. And I told you I was a little curious about you and

2:50.8

or some part of their everyday life, something they take for granted,

2:56.6

suddenly seems unsafe. And this rocks your world. So if you're used to driving in a vehicle and you just take it for granted,

3:10.2

you hop in the car and you drive from point A to point B and then suddenly you are struck

3:17.7

from behind or you're in an accident and you're injured or the loud sound from the cars crashing and just the force, even if you're hit at a low speed,
