| 0:48.4 | around us, where we go through seasons and cycles, that it works really well for us if we have a regular rhythm and flow in our |
| 1:01.0 | lives that we kind of switch up every once in a while. And so I like to start out the week |
| 1:08.4 | on a Monday with a powerful intention, a powerful affirmation. And then I |
| 1:14.8 | like to, on Tuesday, focus on breathing. I always leave a breathing technique because your breath |
| 1:23.0 | is one of the most powerful ways to connect you to the kind of state you want to be in. |
| 1:30.3 | And so you start off your week with your mindset because your mindset is where it all starts. |
| 1:36.3 | And then you breathe into it with your breath. |
| 1:40.3 | And then you start to bring your body into it when you use a mudra. |
| 1:44.9 | A mudra is simply a way that you position your body. |
| 1:48.8 | Now I have big plans in store. |
