Summary
Be guided in a meditation using a mudra technique to believe in yourself. Mudras a simply ways you hold your hands to activate your nervous system, much like yoga or acupressure does. It all starts in your mind first. No matter what action you take to achieve your goals, you must first have total clarity about why you are setting the goal in the first place. Using meditation to achieve your goals is a powerful way to enjoy the journey of achieving all that you want in life. This is part 4 of a 7-Part GOAL SETTING Meditation Series, Episodes 499-505. | 0:39.4 | Mudras are often referred to as yoga in your hands. |

| 0:46.9 | when they first start out, they're not really so sure |

| 0:52.1 | But once they're introduced to them and they learn how simple they are to do, |
| 0:58.4 | they start to notice how incredibly effective they are. They really work. And they work because they |
| 1:09.1 | affect your nervous system in a similar way as does yoga or acupressure. |
| 1:16.6 | So there are certain points, pressure points within our bodies, especially within your hands and your feet as well. |
| 1:24.6 | But yoga or rather mudras are often ways that you position your hands. |
| 1:30.3 | You can also position your body using a mudra, but I share mudras where you position your hands. |
