| 0:49.7 | thousands of women on a weekly basis and just kind of hearing like well is strain training going of And so I want to kind of break this down and my podcast today is all about five reasons why I stop doing cardio only workouts and I do want to say I still do cardio on a weekly basis. It's just a lot shorter than what I used to do. |

| 1:36.2 | stair master or on the treadmill at least a minimum of one hour, sometimes even two hours. |
