Anywho, okay so as I'm sure you're all aware, the morning after breakup and the day's following can bring a lot of anxiety and anxious thoughts into your life.

Anxiety is a terrible feeling and it's usually the worst during the first week.

When you wake up in the morning, the reality of the situation comes over you and it can feel like

you just want to go back to sleep so you can avoid life, period. The problem with that though is that you just

can't run from it. The only way to get through pain is to go straight through it. And then eventually

you'll reach the other side and be able to catch your breath again.

When you're anxious, depressed, feeling rejected, insecure, and all of those other negative feelings, the dopamine and serotonin levels in your brain

actually drop and that imbalance then affects your mood. This is why I cannot emphasize

the importance of exercise enough.

Basically what I'm saying is your body craves physical activity,

even if your mind seems to need a lot of convincing of that. But you know how you crave pizza?

Yeah, well it's kind of the same thing only a much healthier version and it's doing your body and

your mind so much good. Your brain releases serotonin dopamine and endorphins when you exercise.

And cardio is most effective for this so activities like running, biking, or

using the elliptical at the gym, but even less strenuous activities
