Summary

Be guided in a meditation to gain clarity about the big goals you set for yourself in life. It all starts in your mind first. No matter what action you take to achieve your goals, you must first have total clarity about why you are setting the goal in the first place. In this meditation you are also guided in as you visualize yourself accomplishing your goals. Using meditation to achieve your goals is a powerful way to enjoy the journey of achieving all that you want in life. This is part 1 of a 7-Part GOAL SETTING Meditation Series, Episodes 499-505. I'm Mary Meckley and I honor you for showing up for yourself today, for giving yourself permission to slow down and connect to the best part of who you are.

Today we launch into a brand new meditation series and this series is all about goal setting.

I can't imagine a better way to accomplish all you set out to do than by meditating to give yourself that clarity and also simply to help you focus and enjoy the process

of setting goals so many times when we stop and think about what we're doing and what we

want to set out to accomplish, we kind of feel pressured

or frazzled or overwhelmed and we wonder right off the bat whether or not we're really

going to make this happen. Wouldn't it make sense to create a plan to focus each day to sit down and give yourself even 10 or 15 minutes to

meditate and be calm but to meditate with a strategy to help you accomplish all those

goals that you have set for yourself.

Most top performers, whether they're athletes or their business professionals,

or any other high-functioning, high-performing, individual,
