So the first thing we have to talk about when we're looking at trusting our gut is

understanding what exactly our gut is, right? What does that mean exactly

is pattern recognition, right?

Our bodies and our minds have been in certain situations over and over and over again,

and it's sort of constantly looking for that pattern to emerge.
