In today's meditation and we are at episode 481.

You are going to be guided using a technique with your chakra.

In particular, you're going to focus on your third chakra during today's guided meditation.

Now I will say that you don't have to focus on the technique

so you can enjoy all the benefits of this meditation without focusing on your chakra. But
