Experience stillness and peace as you are guided in a meditation to help you reach your innermost stillness. You have the option to do the Matangi mudra, often referred to as Yoga In Your Hands, as you do the meditation. Release fear, anger, anxiety, and self doubt that may be holding you back. benefit completely from the meditation by being guided without doing the technique.

But if you'd like to try something new or explore different ways to help you manage anxiety
