all right welcome to episode 483 hello my friend welcome to a fresh new episode of

new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today I want to offer what I think is a healthy reframe when

it comes to men you know men the men you might date if you're a woman or a man

or the man you're striving to be if you are a man and you know I've always kind

of laughed whenever I I came across you know videos or tiktoks or whatever on how

to be a man or this is what a man does or this is what a man looks like frankly I

think like those kinds of takes while appreciated of course I think they get

us in trouble because it further creates this divide that says men are this way

women are this way and I think that creates more issues because then you've got

young impressionable men out there being very performative with their actions

trying to achieve some archetype of masculinity that in reality is very

disconnected from what a healthy masculinity looks like but again who might

say this is a man and this isn't this is how a man should act and this isn't

like I don't I don't know how could I but the other day I read something that

was really a light bulb moment for me and I want to share the mindset that I

took from reading this one singular sentence because it really helped me
