yourself tonight as you get ready to meditate or maybe it's the daytime for you. Whenever it is

Well, in today's meditation, you're going to be guided in a meditation on stillness.

And you're going to be guided using a different meditation technique every single day, exploring one of your

five senses as you do the stillness meditation.

This is going to help you really experience your meditations more tangibly and make them more dynamic when you bring

all your five senses into the meditations. So yesterday when we launched into this series,

this week as I mentioned is stillness yesterday we did a visualization on stillness

today you're going to use the power of your voice sound as you explore the meditation because every Monday we

always do a guided meditation using an affirmation so we're going to use an

affirmation today the affirmation we're going to be repeating is I feel the stillness within me.

I feel the stillness within me.

And I'm having you repeat this affirmation because when you repeat it, I want you to stop

and feel the stillness within you because it's always there.

Even when you're distracted or you're overwhelmed or stressed, whatever is happening in your
