Summary

Dr. Faye Mandell developed the Self-Powerment model which clearly teaches how to come to and stay in the present moment. This approach signals the inevitable trend towards the merger of the hard sciences with the psychology of consciousness and awareness. Self-Powerment allows people to have focus, be at choice and be clear. It also allows people to access the information and experience of living in the here and now, the place and time of utmost importance to the contemporary mindfulness movement. Dr. Mandell has provided coaching services to American Express, Penn Mutual, Mass Mutual, and many more and her book, The GPS to Self-Powerment has been endorsed by Eckhart Tolle. You can find the teachings and applicability of the Self-Powerment Model in her book: The GPS to Self-Powerment, which currently exists in six languages.
