Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

This is a bit of a pep talk episode about getting started, kind of off the back of getting everybody started on this intake of commit sticks.

any area of your life, like getting started with anything. It's not just health and fitness.

So there are two reasons that you don't achieve your goals. One, you don't even start. Two,

you give up. And both of these are quite simply solved and many people

never even start. So something I was thinking about as I was reading through all of the commit to six

questionnaires that we get people to fill out before they start so that I can

set their targets was that all of these goals are 100% achievable. So when people are writing

down, this is what I want to do, this is what I want to achieve, these are my goals, all of them

are achievable. It is not an ability problem. It is completely within your capabilities.

The likelihood is you just haven't had the right support or accountability.

So you either didn't start at all or you gave up.

And we can definitely help you with not giving up,
