Be guided in a meditation to release fear. Fear, anger, anxiety, and self doubt can keep you trapped in a vicious cycle of stress and overwhelm. In this series you'll explore a different meditation technique each day of the week to help you release negative emotions. | 0:57.5 | focus on it and use your voice, the power of your voice. And then you repeat the affirmation |
| 1:06.0 | a few times in your normal voice. And then you whisper the affirmation. |
| 1:11.5 | And then you repeat the affirmation, moving your lips without any sound coming out at all. |
